Someone who is scared of spiders runs when they see one. Someone who is scared of snakes does the same thing. I run when the following items get a little too close to me, and so should you:
1. Trans fats
2. Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated anything
3. Saturated fats (substitute unsaturated fats)
